Professional Experience

Liene Krumina is serving as strategic business law adviser to foreign corporates. She regularly advises clients on all aspects of cross border commercial, corporate, employment and contract law issues. She has first-hand experience how to establish corporate presence in Finland. Ms. Krumina is continuously educating herself to reach her full potential and become business leader with an innovative and sustainable mindset.

Ms. Krumina has represented several large and mid-size international corporates to establish their presence in the Finnish market and to successfully execute M&A activity in Finland. Furthermore, her scope includes legal questions relating to drafting of contracts, employment law issues and contractual disputes.

Ms. Krumina regularly supports clients in drafting employment and manager contracts, service subcontracts, distribution and other agreements. Before LKOS Law Office, she has worked in one of the largest Latvian law firms as well as in a leading Finnish law firm. Therefore, Ms. Krumina has extensive practical knowledge regarding supporting successful establishment of business in Baltic and Finnish markets. She provides holistic and business minded services to the clients. Ms. Krumina serves as the firm’s managing partner.

Ms. Krumina earned a Masters of Law degree from University of Latvia and a Triple Crown MBA from Aalto University Executive Education.
